Our platform allows you to create AI-generated visual content for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.

- No watermarks are added to generated images
- No attribution to gptimg.co is required for commercial use

- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Depicts real individuals without their consent
